Alignment Health, a US-based Medicare Advantage company, has appointed Adnan Mansour as chief digital officer to unify its technology and information functions and enhance AI-driven operations.

The role will focus on scaling the company’s AVA® platform, which delivers real-time insights to improve care quality and outcomes for seniors.

Mansour, previously senior vice president and CIO at Optum Insight, brings decades of experience leading global IT and engineering teams and embedding artificial intelligence into complex healthcare systems.

Reporting to Alignment Health CEO John Kao, Mansour will oversee the integration of AI and digital transformation initiatives to strengthen the company’s technology foundation and operational efficiency.
