Enterprise IT management company ManageEngine, a division of Zoho Corporation, has launched the ManageEngine Marketplace, a partner-developer ecosystem through which enterprises can discover and deploy extensions, integrations, add-ons and plugins across ManageEngine platforms.

The launch, reported by Irish Tech News, enables organisations to address a broader range of enterprise IT needs through specialised developer-built capabilities, industry-specific functions and custom extensions that sit on top of ManageEngine's core platforms.

Rajesh Ganesan, CEO of ManageEngine, said: "As software development becomes increasingly democratised through powerful AI tools, customers expect a secure, efficient, and agile way to extend the capabilities of their platforms. ManageEngine Marketplace enables developers to unlock possibilities beyond what ManageEngine builds natively while upholding the quality, security, and governance standards our customers trust us for."

The Marketplace operates on a symbiotic model across three stakeholder groups. ManageEngine develops and maintains enterprise-ready platform components. Partner-developers leverage ManageEngine's infrastructure, development tools and business programmes to accelerate development, deployment and go-to-market cycles. Customers deploy specialised extensions built for specific operational challenges, translating platform capability into measurable business outcomes.

Every submission to the Marketplace undergoes validation for functionality, security and compliance before publication, with a dedicated team overseeing governance and quality assurance to balance open ecosystem innovation with enterprise-grade security requirements. The framework is open to contributions from partner-developers, independent software vendors and customers alike.

Sivakumar Ramasamy, founder and CEO of ISNIA Technologies, a ManageEngine partner specialising in AI-enabled data solutions and enterprise automation, said: "Marketplace has enabled us to transform our expertise into scalable solutions, create recurring revenue, and expand our market reach."

The launch addresses a growing operational challenge for enterprises managing hundreds of IT solutions that must function as a unified toolchain to deliver specific business outcomes. By combining ManageEngine's core platform strength with ecosystem-driven innovation, the Marketplace is designed to accelerate solution development, expand customisation possibilities and help organisations meet unique operational requirements more effectively across complex, multi-vendor IT environments.

The announcement builds on ManageEngine's recent rollout of Zia Agents across its enterprise IT management suite, reinforcing the company's broader strategy of embedding AI and extensible automation capabilities throughout its platform portfolio for enterprise customers worldwide.
