Australian connected experience agency Orchard has been appointed by private investment company Precision Group to lead a portfolio-wide digital transformation programme spanning customer experience strategy, website development and ongoing platform support. The appointment, reported by LBB Online, follows a competitive pitch process and marks a significant mandate for Orchard in the retail and commercial property sector.

Six new websites are scheduled to launch in July 2026, representing the first phase of a broader digital overhaul across Precision Group's property holdings.

Roger Hatem, CTO at Precision Group, said: "As we continue to evolve our digital ecosystem and how we engage customers, tenants and partners, it was important to partner with a team that could combine strategic thinking with practical delivery to support more effective marketing, stronger tenant engagement and better customer experiences."

Hatem added: "Orchard stood out for the clarity of its vision and the way the team translated that into a practical roadmap for our business."

Andrew Killey, practice lead at Orchard, said: "Precision Group has a clear ambition to evolve how its destinations engage customers, tenants and partners in a digital-first world."

The appointment coincides with Orchard retaining Optimizely Gold Status and being named Optimizely's Customer Partner of the Year for the second consecutive year, reinforcing its credentials in platform-led digital delivery.

The mandate reflects growing demand among property groups for integrated digital platforms capable of supporting tenant engagement, customer experience and data-driven marketing from a single connected infrastructure.
