Irish global payroll technology company Payslip has secured growth financing from London-headquartered Salica Investments to accelerate international expansion and product innovation on its AI-powered Global Payroll Control Platform, which automates more than 1.3 million monthly payslips across more than 125 countries and powers over €5 billion in payroll payments worldwide. The raise, reported by PR Newswire, follows a sustained period of 60% compound annual growth and strong EBITDA positivity, with the company on a trajectory of doubling revenue every two years.

The financing arrives as multinational employers face mounting compliance obligations, including the EU Pay Transparency Directive, driving demand for centralised, audit-ready payroll data and greater operational visibility across fragmented global systems.

The raise marks Payslip's tenth year in business. Its client roster includes Cloudera, Just Eat Takeaway and EQT, with Flix and Zalando among recently added customers. The company also marked the two-year anniversary of its strategic partnership with Deloitte alongside the financing announcement.
