Japan-based HR solutions provider PERSOL has launched PERSOL Outsourcing in Malaysia, consolidating its P-Serv and EVO subsidiaries into a single unified brand designed to deliver end-to-end outsourcing solutions spanning people, process and technology.
According to the Manila Times, the rebranding forms part of PERSOL APAC's regional growth strategy, combining three decades of operational experience with expanded digital capabilities to help Malaysian businesses navigate an increasingly complex, tech-driven market.
The launch comes as the regional Business Process Outsourcing market is projected to reach $147.06 billion (€135.3bn) by 2032. In Malaysia specifically, the Customer Experience BPO segment generated $1.43 billion (€1.31bn) in 2024 and is forecast to grow at a compound annual growth rate of 12.5% through to 2030. As local and regional enterprises seek partners capable of managing rapid market growth, demand for specialised domain expertise combined with scalable digital delivery models continues to intensify.
PERSOL Outsourcing will operate across three core pillars: customer experience, covering omnichannel contact centre operations and front-of-house service delivery; corporate services, encompassing HR advisory, finance, marketing and compliance functions; and technical services, driving digital transformation through cloud operations, AI implementation, automation and IT infrastructure management.
Existing clients of P-Serv and EVO will continue working with the same expert teams, with the rebrand structured to layer unified regional scale and enhanced digital capabilities on top of established relationships. The integration gives clients access to an expanded suite of regional resources and innovations designed to improve long-term operational resilience and efficiency.
"By unifying the specialised domain expertise of P-Serv and EVO, we are better positioned to help our clients navigate the evolving business and workforce landscape," said Brian Sim, managing director and country head of PERSOL Malaysia.
