Dublin IT consultancy TEKenable is set to create at least 30 new jobs over the next 12 months as it launches a structured partnership programme designed to accelerate growth across cloud, artificial intelligence, automation and enterprise technology services.
The expansion, reported by Think Business, is expected to contribute between 20% and 30% of the company's overall revenue growth within the next three years through closer collaboration with cloud providers, software vendors, academic institutions and delivery partners.
The recruitment drive will include project managers, business analysts and software engineers, increasing TEKenable's workforce from 200 employees today to more than 230 by mid-2027. The hires reflect growing demand for cloud, AI and automation services among organisations pursuing digital transformation programmes.
To lead the initiative, TEKenable has appointed Kieran Kenefick as Head of Partnerships. Kenefick brings more than 15 years of experience in SaaS and ERP solutions across SAP, Oracle and Microsoft ecosystems.
Kenefick said: "Partnerships are becoming increasingly important as organisations look for more outcome-focused technology solutions. This programme is about building strategic relationships that allow us to deliver greater value for customers across cloud, AI, automation and enterprise applications."
He added: "By formalising our partnership strategy, we are creating a stronger framework for innovation, joint go-to-market opportunities, and long-term growth for both TEKenable and our partners."
The programme introduces a structured framework aimed at expanding TEKenable's existing partner network, supporting joint go-to-market activity, encouraging co-innovation and delivering greater value to customers undergoing digital transformation. TEKenable is a Microsoft Solutions Partner and recently renewed its Microsoft AI Platform on Azure Advanced Specialisation accreditation. The company also operates as a Salesforce consulting and implementation partner across sales, customer service, marketing, field operations and business process transformation.
The partnership model is intended to broaden access to specialist expertise and emerging technologies for customers while supporting TEKenable's long-term growth ambitions as demand for integrated cloud and AI delivery continues to intensify across the Irish enterprise market.
