Canadian technology company TELUS Digital has expanded its global delivery operations across Asia-Pacific and Latin America over the past nine months, adding new locations in Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia and Argentina, while extending its existing footprint in India to eight sites across six cities. The expansion, reported by Martech Cube, is designed to meet rising enterprise demand for multilingual AI data services, digital customer experience delivery and trust and safety solutions.
The company now operates in more than 35 countries, employs over 82,000 people across five continents, delivers customer experience services in 60 languages and supports more than 500 languages and dialects for AI data labelling and model training.
Tobias Dengel, president of TELUS Digital Solutions, said: "As enterprises scale AI-enabled services, they need partners who can deliver language and cultural diversity alongside deep technical expertise across markets."
In South-East Asia, operations across Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam and Malaysia cover trust and safety functions including Know Your Customer verification, anti-money laundering, fraud prevention and content moderation, alongside AI data labelling and gaming client support. The expansion adds Vietnamese, Indonesian, Thai and Malay to the company's regional language capabilities.
India's expanded Bengaluru site supports AI data solutions for AGI, GenAI and physical AI systems including autonomous vehicles and robotics, delivered through TELUS Digital's proprietary Fine-Tune Studio and Ground Truth Studio platforms. Ryan Strategic Advisory ranked India the most favoured offshore delivery location for the third consecutive year in its 2025 survey.
In Argentina, the company is targeting nearshore enterprise AI solutions, drawing on a workforce of more than 160,000 software professionals and up to 90% overlap with US business hours.
