Turning the clock back to last year's judging process, Warren Kavanagh, founder and CEO of Aweb Digital, served as a member of the judging panel for the Digital Transformation & AI Awards 2025, bringing a career defined by digital innovation, enterprise technology leadership, and a practitioner's command of the tools and strategies driving business transformation across Ireland's digital economy.

Kavanagh founded Aweb Digital, a consulting and technical services firm specialising in design, development, marketing, and analytics, building it into an organisation known for sustained client relationships and continuous growth, including successful acquisitions.

His leadership philosophy, centred on logic, agility, and integrity, shaped a firm capable of navigating the full complexity of digital transformation for clients operating across a rapidly evolving technological landscape.

That entrepreneurial track record gave his panel contribution a grounding in what digital excellence looks like when it must deliver measurable commercial outcomes rather than theoretical promise.

His engagement with emerging technologies extended beyond Aweb Digital. Through his involvement with Quant Market Intelligence, Kavanagh applied advanced data analytics and AI-driven technologies to strategic market insight and data-driven decision-making, reflecting a keen interest in the transformative potential of artificial intelligence and its practical applications within enterprise settings.

Earlier in his career, Kavanagh held a senior role at Connelly Partners, where he managed client relationships, led technical recruitment, and oversaw project management initiatives spanning new business development, risk management, and creative direction.
